Weekly round up
I have decided to pop in a page which I will update each week with a brief run down of whats been happening in the previous week.
We shall see how it goes.
15th – 23nd August 2009
Good 1st week riding, new computer fitted and working well. Met and cycled with Rafe, very enjoyable. Had a few good rides as well as a few days doing less as my legs and backside hurt. Managed a hill of sorts and set a new top speed of 31mph. Got the blog up and running at wordpress and so far I’m very happy with it. Got my own domain at www.weightybiker.co.uk which will be the new “home” for me when I get round to sorting it out. Got a bit silly with miles at the weekend, weather was nice, I was in a good mood etc! May not be so good next week.

23rd – 30th August 2009
Disappointing week in general, less miles than last week and not much weight lost. As I explained in my post on the main blog I have been back at work this week, more importantly, I have been on a course and that means a canteen lunch. I was quite good and made sure I had the healthy options. Then being on nights really messes things up food wise, dinner at breakfast time, etc, VERY easy to over eat as your body clock is all over the place.

30th August – 6th September
Again a pretty poor week. Didn’t manage a trip out on the bike till Sunday, went out for a meal mid-week as it was my daughters birthday and didn’t really eat to sensibly. Finished Sunday with a cracking ride though and feel a bit better about myself. Going to try and make more of an effort next week though it’s not looking too hopeful at the moment.

6th September – 13th September
Well, an awful week, all has been explained in the blog, needless to say I’m not in the best frame of mind about it. Lets hope the coming week improves.

Restart.
Had a while off, due to total demotivation, however, things are looking better, so have a look at the blog for details.

Had a couple of rides, nothing major and really enjoyed it! hoping to keep the momentum going, got some decent lights on order to help out with this during the winter months.
